Martin Luther King once said, “There comes a time when one must take a position that is neither safe, nor politic, nor popular, but he MUST TAKE IT because conscience tells him it is right”.

That’s what being UNCOMPROMISED means to me. It's not a position that's always safe, politically correct nor popular, but it’s a position that we have to take if we are to stand for righteousness. The word uncompromised in essence means that you do not change your decision or position.  You may ask isn't compromise a good thing?  I would say,  certainly yes, in certain circumstances. Compromise has averted wars and national calamities, so it can be a good thing.  However, where there can be no compromise, no middle ground, is when it relates to our Biblical values. In an ever changing culture, it's easy to be conformed to this world and be moved away from the truth that's in Christ Jesus.  There is only ONE truth, it's absolute and it will never change—so neither can we as the church of the Lord Jesus Christ. Uncompromised is not just a word, it's a mindset, an attitude, a fixed position, one that is steadfast, unmovable always abounding in the work of the Lord. That work can be in your home, ministry or in the marketplace. To become uncompromising is a process, one that will not happen overnight, but through conversations like UNCOMPROMISED: Occupying In Your Occupation we are on our way to become the uncompromised people God has called each one of us to be. So take the journey and join the movement to be,  UNCOMPROMISED.
