The Vision

Empowered By the Spirit Ministries (EBTSM) was birthed through a divine vision in December 2015 with a clear mandate: to raise up believers who lead with biblical truth, spiritual authority, and unwavering integrity. Rooted in the truth of 1 Corinthians 4:20—"For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power"—our ministry exists to demonstrate the transforming power of God's Kingdom through lives of faith, service, and influence.

Our mission is to equip, empower, and activate individuals to live out the Word of God in every sphere of life. Through gatherings such as The UNCOMPROMISED Gathering, weekly prayer, leadership development, seminars, and strategic events, we cultivate disciples and leaders who are prepared to impact their homes, churches, communities, workplaces, and the broader culture.

We believe God has called His people to be influential in every arena of society. Whether serving in ministry, business, education, government, healthcare, the arts, media, or family life, we are committed to developing leaders who reflect Christ with excellence, wisdom, and integrity.

Over the past decade, Empowered By the Spirit Ministries has become a place where lives are strengthened, leaders are developed, and purpose is awakened. Through consistent prayer, transformational gatherings, leadership seminars, and meaningful partnerships, we have witnessed individuals grow in spiritual maturity, lead with greater confidence and integrity, and carry the influence of God's Kingdom into their churches, workplaces, communities, and spheres of assignment.
